Chest involvement of endometriosis is rare condition, and known to be caused by transdiaphragmatic extension of uterine endometrial tissue to the pleura or hematogenous implantation of endometrial cell in the lung. Chest endometriosis has two
distinct
from : pleurodiaphragmatic and bronchopulmonary. Recurrent pneumothorax, hemothorax and hemophtysis, related to mestrual cycle are main clinical feature of chest endometriosis. We present a case of bronchial endometriosis with a bnef review of
related
literatures.
